I have acquired a ton of fabric over the past few years. I decided to make a quilt. Looking at the fabric brings back memories because the fabric was originally used on gifts that I made for people. Like a walker bag I made for my Nana, handbags I made for friends, and a cooking apron I made for my dad one Christmas. This is the beginning of my quilt! (Teddy is quite cute as well.)

Monarch Butterful

I just finished making this a few days ago. I love monarch butterflies. Yesterday when we were out on the boat there was one flying along side of us as we went down the river. I think they are beautiful!

This picture is very special to me. It shows three generations of hard working hands.

These blue flox just bloomed in my garden. Their flowers only last for a short time, I took this photograph so I would remember how beautiful they are during the month of May.
